About Lombard Camera Club

The Lombard Camera Club is one of Chicago's oldest and most distinguished camera clubs.

Our members are dedicated to improving their art of photography through interaction with other local photographers, programs, and competitions.  The club meets on the 2nd and 4th Monday from September through May.  The 2nd Monday is dedicated to a program given by a dedicated and highly talented photographer on a variety of topics.  On the 4th Monday members have the option of participating in the monthly photo competition.  Members may opt to not compete in the monthly competitions and still enjoy all the other benefits of the club.

We cordially invite you to take part in Lombard Camera Club's programs. Visitors are welcome at our regular club programs and competitions on the 2nd and 4th Mondays (September - May), 7:30 p.m. at St Timothy at 547 N. Main St., in Lombard.

Membership is open to everyone age 18 or older with an interest in photography as a hobby - no experience necessary. Annual dues are $20 for non-competing members and $30 for those who take part in the monthly competitions.

Periodically the Lombard Camera Club plans field trips providing photographers with hands on shooting opportunities in a variety of locations such as Chicago at night and Eyes to the Skies balloon fest in Lisle. Workshops may be held during the year to teach photographic techniques and basics of composition, lighting, etc.
